Leandro Floresta de Miranda

Composer, guitarist, singer and flutist, music teacher. Master in Music from UNIRIO, concentration area Theory and Practice of Musical Interpretation, with research on guitarist Luiz Bonfá and the intersection between song and solo guitar. Scholarship researcher at the Joaquim Venâncio Polytechnic School of Health/FIOCRUZ, member of the research project: Impact of Mercury on the Health of Munduruku Indigenous People: An Integrated Research-Service-Education Approach. Graduated in Music Degree from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (2017). Has experience in the area of Arts, with emphasis on Music Education, Composition and Arrangement. He recorded the albums Corpo (2022), Yamã (2026), Auge (2009) and Tono (2010) by the band Tono, Altamirando (2016) by the Paideguará group, and Diversidade (2019) by the group Ciência e Poesia. He is an arranger and flutist for Orquestra Pro Arte. As a music educator, he has been working at SESC / RJ since 2016 as a guitar, keyboard and recorder teacher, in addition to giving private and group lessons since 2008.

Mestre em música pela UNIRIO, área de concentração Teoria e Prática da Interpretação Musical, com pesquisa sobre o violonista Luiz Bonfá e a interseção entre canção e violão solo. Pesquisador bolsista da Escola Politécnica de Saúde Joaquim Venâncio/FIOCRUZ, integrante do projeto de pesquisa: Impacto do Mercúrio na Saúde dos Indígenas Munduruku: Uma Abordagem Integrada Pesquisa-Serviço-Educação. Possui graduação em Licenciatura em Música pela Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (2017). Tem experiência na área de Artes, com ênfase em Educação Musical, Composição e Arranjo. Gravou os discos Corpo (2022), Yamã (2026), Auge (2009) e Tono (2010) da banda Tono, Altamirando (2016) do grupo Paideguará, e Diversidade (2019) do grupo Ciência e Poesia. É arranjador e flautista da Orquestra Pro Arte. Como educador musical, atua desde 2016 no SESC/RJ como professor de violão, teclado e flauta doce, além de dar aulas particulares e em grupos desde 2008.
