Paulo Jeronimo

Master's degree in System Engineering and Space Technologies and as a skilled aerospace professional with over 10 years of experience, mainly in the field of assembly, integration and test of satellites. In this area, my responsibilities consist of collaborating with the AIT Manager during the assembly, integration, and testing activities, besides being responsible for the space material logistics during AIT phase and launch campaign. As a member of AIT Mechanical team, my duties carrying out mechanical activities that include structure preparation, equipment assembly, harness routing, besides setup preparation and perform satellite alignment measurements. Also, providing mechanical support during environmental tests such as satellite setup preparation including participating during mass properties measurements. I have experience performing mechanical activities during launch campaigns as well. Participation in AIT phase and launch campaign of the PMM/Amazonia 1, a Brazilian imaging satellite and CBERS 4A a partnership with CAST (Chinese Academy for Space Technology) in the CBERS (China-Brazil Earth Resources Satellite) program. I had a great opportunity to participate in the environmental tests of the SAC-D/Aquarius satellite, an INPE's partnership with INVAP (Argentina) and JPL (USA). Working in the AIT team during these projects also provided me experience and knowledge in operating machinery used to aid in activities during the assembly, integration and testing of satellites, such as overhead crane, electrical forklift, electrical tug and electrical articulating boom lift. My strengths and qualities include my commitment, focus, dedication, honesty, pro activity, easy learning of new functions and tasks and good interpersonal skills. I seek to learn more to improve my professional performance and my relationship skills in order to deal with any eventual adverse situations during the entire process of satellite assembly, integration and tests.
