Renato Ferreira Franco

Possui graduação em Medicina pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (1991), mestrado em Psicologia pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2002) e doutorado em Psicologia pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2012). Atualmente é psiquiatra da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Belo Horizonte e médico psiquiatra e psicanalista em consultório particular. Tem experiência na área da psiquiatria, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: saúde mental, promoção da saúde, subjetividade, desinstitucionalização psiquiátrica e serviços residenciais terapêuticos.

Renato Ferreira Franco holds a medical degree from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1991), with work in the area of psychiatry and has master's degree in Psychology from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2002) and a doctorate in Psychology from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2012). He is currently preceptor of the medical residency of psychiatry at the Municipal Hospital of Odilon Bherens, supervising physician and contract manager of the Municipal Secretariat of Belo Horizonte and a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst in private practice. He has experience in Medicine, with emphasis in Medicine, working mainly in the following subjects: mental health, psychopharmacology, subjectivity, psychiatric deinstitutionalization and residential therapeutic services.
