I'm a Federal Auditor within the Office of the Comptroller General (CGU), Brazilian Anti-Corruption Agency within the federal executive branch. Currently, I'm part of the Ombudsman and Corruption Prevention Team in the state of São Paulo (NAOP). NAOP team in São Paulo is responsible for evaluating compliance, ethics and integrity programs for companies who applied to enter the Pro Ethics Program (Cadastro Pró-Ética - CGU) as well as monitoring the implementation of compliance requirements for lenient companies. Moreover, the NAOP team is responsible for training and counseling federal entities in São Paulo, as well as the State and the municipalities on matters regarding compliance, integrity, conflict of interests, transparency, amongst other anti-corruption issues. I was also President of the Comptroller Board of the Federal Public Servant Supplementary Social Security Foundation - Funpresp-Exe, between 2015 and 2017. Certified in ISO 19600 (Compliance) and ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery). Master's degree in Public Policy and Development from the Institute of Applied Economic Research (IPEA), and MBA in Comptrolling, Audit and Compliance - UAM.

É Auditor Federal de Finanças e Controle - Controladoria-Geral da União. Atualmente, integra o Núcleo de Ações de Ouvidoria e Prevenção da Corrupção no estado de São Paulo (NAOP). O NAOP-SP é responsável por avaliar programas de compliance, ética e integridade de empresas que se candidataram ao Programa Pró-Ética da CGU, bem como por analisar obrigações de compliance de empresas que assinaram acordos de leniência. Ainda, o trabalho do NAOP inclui capacitar e fomentar órgãos federais em São Paulo, assim como Estado e municípios, em matérias de compliance, integridade, conflito de interesses, transparência, entre outros temas relacionados com o combate e a prevenção de corrupção. Também foi Presidente do Conselho Fiscal da Fundação de Previdência Complementar do Servidor Público Federal - Funpresp-Exe, entre 2015 e 2017. Possui Certificado ISO 19600 (Compliance) e ISO 37001 (Antissuborno). Mestre em Políticas Públicas e Desenvolvimento pelo Instituto de Pesquisa Econômica Aplicada (IPEA), e MBA em Controladoria, Auditoria e Compliance - UAM.
