Passionate Agronomist and Soil Scientist PhD. with 10+ years of study in Plant nutrition, Soil fertility, Water and Soil management, Plant Physiology, Soil Microbiology, and Data Analysis. Dedicated to boost efficiency and growth by making decisions through data analysis and by focusing on the business strategy. Experienced with research, team development and management with good interpersonal relationships and creative mindset. During my Ph.D. I worked with crop adaptability under stressful environments, mainly drought and areas affected by high salt stress. Part of my research was done in Brazil through the Federal University of Paraiba, and it was finished at the Department of Salinity of the United States Department of Agriculture - USDA - Washington DC (2014 - 2016).
