Building Project Manager / Coordinator. MBA in Project Management at Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). Degree in Architecture and Urbanism (UFRJ). Objective: To work at management area (initiation, planning, monitoring, execution and closing) works, projects and enterprises in the construction industry. Qualifications: - Responsible for the management, coordination, supervision and monitoring the works on the field at "The Vertical Project" about a corporate reform in the areas of condominium building (2,500 sqm of work); - Responsible for the compatibility of the Vertical Project (Pressurization internal staircase, Prevention and Fire Fighting, Exhaustion of new bathrooms, Room Engine Generator, Metallic External ladder Reform, Internal Ladder Reform, structure Slabs Steel of the 16 new toilets, PC Reform, Reformulation of SPDA project, building of the Fire Brigade room and canopy); - Experience in monitoring and measuring works and projects financed by Bradesco Bank since earth moving, foundation, structure, facility, finishing and the delivery of the works (Ex .: enterprise - room offices, shoppings malls, shops and galleries, hotels and bank branches ; residential - condos and buildings; industrial - warehouses and industrial complexes); - Experience in the implementation and supervision of precast work at The Vertical Project - Ex .: compatibility and supervision the room machine generator project; home exhaust of the 16 new bathrooms; home machine ventilator internal staircase pressurization; 18 new metal structure slabs of the new bathrooms; - Responsible to elaborate the WBS, dictionary and Physical and Financial Schedule of The Vertical Project (MS Project and Excel); - Experience in developing monthly Physical and Financial Reports, Meeting Minutes with client and project team, Customer Meeting presentation (Power Point); - Participation in the management of the budget, negotiation, analysis of contracts, preparation of documentation and scope statement for bids (500KVA generator among others); - Experience in supervision of project execution among contractors to ensure compliance at the Occupational Safety; - Responsible for managing quality (design and implement assurance processes and quality control processes); - Responsible for the analysis, identification, planning and execution of the Project correctives among the contractors and suppliers; - Responsible for quality culture deployment in the execution of services from contractors; - Participation in the management, coordination, supervision and monitoring on the field of the FENASEG 16 Project which is the Corporative reform of the16th floor where will be the FENASEG director offices (600m2); - Development of the WBS, physical schedule, minutes of meetings at the 16th floor Reform project - FENASEG 16; - Elaboration of the Financial Feasibility Studies of projects financed by Bradesco's Bank; - Experience in developing real estate appraisals (Bradesco's Bank, Itau's Bank, Brazil's Bank). - Knowledge and experience in the elaboration of Executive Projects, construction details, technical specifications, project compatibility; - Experience in developing and defining the project scope among client and stakeholders; - Experience in training and coordinating the teams work; - Knowledge at Autocad, MS Project, Sketchup, Kerkythea, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Fluent English and basic Spanish;

LAUDOS TÉCNICOS DE VISTORIAS PREDIAIS (LTVP) - elaboração de Laudos de Autovistoria para atender a Lei Estadual 6.400/2013, a lei Complementar 126/2013 e a legislação de Acessibilidade: avaliação das não-conformidades, Vistorias e Inspeções; FISCALIZAÇÃO DE EMPREENDIMENTOS - residenciais, corporativos, industriais, shoppings ( controle / medição contratos, orçamentos, cronogramas obras, relatórios - clientes do Bradesco / 30 a 300 milhões); GESTÃO E COORDENAÇÃO DE OBRAS - Projeto Reforma Corporativa (FENASEG / R$ 3.5 milhões / 1500 m2); Projeto Reforma corporativa Condominial (R$ 11 milhões / 2500 m2); Projeto Complexo Industrial Farmacêutico Marinha do Brasil (Almoxarifado e Fábrica Nova); GERENCIAMENTO DE PROJETOS - Implantação PMO na Div. Exp. & Cap. - Telefônica Vivo ( portfólio 60 projetos / 80 milhões); PROJETOS EXECUTIVOS - Elaboração de projetos 3D; projetos executivos, compatibilização de projetos; contato cliente, estudos viabilidade, orçamentos, contratos.
