Liz Vanessa Lupi Gasparini

Doutora em Engenharia de Produção na área de Gestão da Tecnologia e da Inovação pela Universidade Federal de São Carlos, Mestre em Engenharia de Produção na área de Gestão Ambiental pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (2003), especialista em Organização Sistemas e Métodos pela UFSC/CPGA (1993), e Administradora pela Universidade Estadual de Londrina (1992). Docente permanente adjunta da Universidade do Estado de Mato Grosso (1995). Líder do Grupo de Pesquisa Inteligência Organizacional - CNPq (1997). Atua principalmente nos temas: gerenciamento de processos, estruturas organizacionais e capacidades dinâmicas (aprendizagem organizacional, gestão do conhecimento, inovação, ambidestria, e desempenho organizacional), em organizações de saúde e do agronegócio.
