Professor Adjunto do Instituto de Linguagens e Literaturas da UNILAB (Universidade da Integração Internacional da Lusofonia Afro-Brasileira). Doutor em Literatura e Cultura, pela Universidade Federal da Bahia, na área de Teorias e Crítica da Literatura e da Cultura, com pesquisa sobre cultura pop contemporânea. Ex-Bolsista CAPES-PDSE, com período de doutorado-sanduíche na Universidade da Califórnia em Irvine. Graduado em Letras Português-Inglês pela Universidade Federal do Ceará. Mestre em Letras, pela mesma instituição, com pesquisa na área de Literatura Comparada relacionada às adaptações fílmicas de obras da Literatura Beat norte-americana.

Awarded the CAPES-PDSE scholarship for research at the Comparative Literature Department at the University of California, Irvine, 2018-2019. Graduated at the Federal University of Ceará (Universidade Federal do Ceará - UFC), with a double major in English and Portuguese. Master's Degree of Literature at UFC, having conducted research in the field of Compared Studies of Literature of Modern Languages.
