Mateus Bonadiman

Has a degree in Electrical Engineering (2001) from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Master Degree in Electronics Engineering and Computer Science (2004) from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA) and an MBA in Project Management (2008) by the Institute of Business and Economics (ISAE/FGV). During the undergraduate and graduate periods, he developed Research and Development (R&D) projects in the antenna area (microwave) where he published numerous scientific papers. After this period, he worked in the technology field, in the software development area, as Senior Engineer and later, as Project Manager in Nokia Institute of Technology (INdT) between 2007 and 2009. Then, also in technology area, served as Business Manager in Engineering Simulation and Scientific Software (ESSS) between 2009 and 2011 and, later, between 2016 and 2018. As a complement to training, has certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master (SM), Product Owner (PO) and attended numerous technical training and management. He is also co-founder and CEO of Lotsapp Sistemas e Serviços Ltda.

Possui graduação em Engenharia Elétrica (2001) pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), mestrado em Engenharia Eletrônica e Computação (2004) pelo Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA) e MBA em Gerenciamento de Projetos (2008) pelo Instituto Superior de Administração e Economia (ISAE/FGV). Durante o período de formação (graduação e mestrado) desenvolveu projetos de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento (P&D) na área de antenas (micro-ondas) onde publicou inúmeros artigos científicos. Após este período, atuou na área de tecnologia, na área de desenvolvimento de software, como Engenheiro Sênior e, posteriormente, como Gerente de Projetos no Instituto Nokia de Tecnologia (INdT) entre 2007 e 2009. Depois, também na área tecnológica, atuou como Gerente de Negócios na Engineering Simulation And Scientific Software (ESSS) entre 2009 e 2011 e, depois, entre 2016 e 2018. Como complemento à formação, possui certificado Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master (SM), Product Owner (PO) e participou de inúmeros treinamentos técnicos e de gestão. Também é co-fundador e CEO da Lotsapp Sistemas e Serviços Ltda.
