David Ciarlini Chagas Freitas

He holds a degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the Federal Institute of Ceará (2012), a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Campina Grande (2016) and a Ph.D. in Teleinformatics Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará (2021). He is currently a professor at the Federal Institute of Ceará. He has experience in the field of Electrical Engineering and Control and Automation, with an emphasis on Electrical and Electronic Circuits, Petri Nets, Hardware for Embedded Systems, Lead-Acid Batteries, Digital Circuit Designs (ASIC and FPGA), Fault Tolerant Systems and Error Correction Codes.

Possui graduação em Engenharia Mecatrônica pelo Instituto Federal do Ceará IFCE (2012), mestrado em Engenharia Elétrica pela Universidade Federal de Campina Grande UFCG (2016) e doutorado em Engenharia de Teleinformática pela Universidade Federal do Ceará UFC (2021) com período sanduíche na França na universidade Télécom Paris em 2020/2021. Atualmente é professor do Instituto Federal do Ceará. Tem interesse nas áreas de Circuitos Elétrico e Eletrônicos, Redes de Petri, Hardware para Sistemas Embarcados, Baterias de Chumbo-Ácido, Projetos de Circuitos Digitais (ASIC e FPGA), Sistemas Tolerantes a falhas e Códigos Corretores de Erro.
