Doutor em Língua Portuguesa (PUC-SP/2022), Mestre em Ciências Sociais e Jurídicas (UFF-RJ/2017), Especialista em Linguística Aplicada à Produção Textual (UNINTES/2007). Graduado em Letras/Português (UNIPEC/2003) e Direito (FARO/2009). Membro do Grupo de Estudos Retóricos e Argumentativos ? ERA e do Grupo de Leitura Ensino e Discurso ? LED. É sócio fundador do Chediak Advogados. Atualmente, trabalha como Advogado Criminalista e professor universitário.

Master in Social and Legal Sciences from PPGSD (UFF-RJ/2017) with the dissertation ?Preventive Prison: reflections from its legal limits and some concrete cases?. Specialist in Linguistics Applied to Textual Production (UNINTES/2007). Graduated in Literature/Portuguese (UNIPEC/2003) and Law (FARO/2009). Member of the Rhetorical and Argumentative Studies Group ? ERA and of the Teaching and Discourse Reading Group ? LED. He is a founding partner of Chediak Advogados and currently works as a Criminal Lawyer.
