Post-doctoral internship at the Institute of Modelling and Plant Architecture (AMAP/CIRAD/CNRS), France, 2015/2016, area of plant biomechanics. Develops research projects in the areas: Plant biomechanics, highlighting studies on functional biology and diversification of growth forms, and applied to biomimetics; Plant anatomy, focusing on phenotypic variability, taxonomy and evolution; Effects of abiotic stresses on the anatomy of native and commercial species. Invited researcher with the AMAP Institute (CIRAD/CNRS - France) and the project GrowBot (H2020 FETPROACT - 824074). Coordinator of the project "Structural diversity of the stem in Cactaceae: evolution and bioinspired applications" (CNPq Call CNPq/MCTI/FNDCT No. 18/2021 - Band A). She advises in the Graduate Programs sensu stricto ProfBio-UFPR and PPGBot-UFPR, and in collaborations with other Graduate Programs.

Desenvolve projetos de pesquisa nas áreas: Biomecânica de plantas, destacando-se os estudos sobre a biologia funcional e a diversificação das formas de crescimento, e aplicados à biomimética; Anatomia vegetal, com enfoque na variabilidade fenotípica, taxonomia e evolução; efeitos dos estresses abióticos na anatomia de espécies nativas e comerciais. Pesquisadora convidada junto ao Instituto AMAP (CIRAD/CNRS - França). Coordenadora do projeto "Diversidade estrutural do caule em Cactaceae: evolução e aplicações bioinspiradas" (CNPq Chamada CNPq/MCTI/FNDCT N 18/2021 - Faixa A). Orienta nos Programa de Pós-Graduação sensu stricto ProfBio-UFPR e PPGBot-UFPR.
