Heberson Alcântara

He has been Professor and Researcher at the Federal University of Goiás (UFG) since 1995, at the Faculties of Law and Electrical Engineering. Doctorate and Researcher in Health Sciences by the Faculty of Medicine of the Federal University of Goiás, Master in Agrarian Law by UFG. Specialist in Contemporary Administrative Law at the Faculty of Higher Education of Paraná. Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Goiás (UFG). Acting mainly in the following subjects: Administrative Law, Constitution Theory, Health Sciences and Social Vulnerabilities, Legislation on Electric Energy, Telecommunications. Among other activities, he was: Head of Department of the Law Faculty of UFG (2018 / Atual), Member of the Board of Directors of UFG (2017 / Atual), Superintendent of the Ministry of Labor and Employment in Goiás (2011/2013), Vice-president of the Board of Trustees of UFG, Superintendent at the Secretary of Citizenship of the State of Goiás (2009/2010), Counselor of SESI / SENAI, SESC / SENAC and SENAR Systems (2011/2013).

Possui graduação em Direito pela Universidade Federal de Goiás (1993) e mestrado em Direito Agrário pela Universidade Federal de Goiás (2000). Atualmente é professor assistente da Universidade Federal de Goiás, pesquisador da Universidade Federal de Goiás e chefe de dpto da Universidade Federal de Goiás. , atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: direito de família, concurso, adimplemento substancial, monitores e contrato civil.
