Educação e Comunicação: Metodologias e conceituações a partir da experiência da Rede CEP (Rede Nacional de Experiências em Comunicação, Educação e Participação) entre 2004 e 2009.

A presente dissertação propõe -se um estudo interdisciplinar inserido no campo de interseção entre a educação e a comunicação. Tem como objetivo investigar o processo de constituição conceitual das práticas realizadas no âmbito da rede supracitada a partir de entrevistas e análise documental, mais especificamente, a apropriação do termo educomunicação. Propomos uma reflexão sobre o hiato entre teoria e prática dialogando a partir das dificuldades e limitações inerentes a toda conceituação e as arestas políticas e acadêmicas que delimitam o objeto conceituado. Como resultado, esta pesquisa pretende contribuir com as reflexões do campo e estabelecer canais de diálogo junto às ações educativas que consideram as práticas comunicacionais veículos em escala-educação e comunicação, educação pelos meios ou educomunicação. Espera-se, assim, abrir as caixas e mirar suas forças por meio de práticas advindas dos movimentos sociais. O estudo indica lacunas inerentes ao próprio processo de pesquisa e, sobretudo, o estabelecimento de novos questionamentos pertinentes. Cabe, ainda, observar que, no bojo desta dissertação, o tema, o problema e recortes postos ao diálogo, estiveram em permanente construção.
