Grounded in the traditional discussion between the formative and realistic proposals in cinematographic theory and in the perception of blurred boundaries between the fictional and non-fictional genres, the present study has intended to analyze on contemporary national fictions the application of techniques that evoke realistic indexes at its productions. Although the blend at documental and fictional can be seeing in some films since the first cinema, the distinction between these genres has become especially blurred and usual from the technological development and digital imaging technologies. This research perceives that the use of documental methods by the fictional films brings creditability features to its speech. At the national films which board quotidian themes, the reality is evoked by the references to historical facts and real events, and the use of documentary basic techniques brings reality effects to these films, incase the speech with authenticity. The casual aspects and improvisations inherent to documentary model and the stylistics options adopted by the fictions emphasize the blurriness at the boundaries what is fictional and non-fictional within these films, motivating another sight about the reality exposed on the stories
Tendo por base a tradicional discussão entre as propostas formativa e realista na teoria cinematográfica e a percepção de um esmaecimento nas fronteiras entre o ficcional e o documental, o presente estudo tem por objetivo analisar nas ficções nacionais contemporâneas a utilização de técnicas que evocam índices realistas em suas produções. Embora a mistura entre o documental e o ficcional possa ser vista em alguns filmes desde os primórdios do cinema, percebe-se que o esmaecimento nas fronteiras entre os gêneros torna-se mais tênue e mais freqüente com o desenvolvimento tecnológico e a digitalização de imagens. A pesquisa entende que a utilização da linguagem documental nos filmes de ficção traz um caráter de credibilidade à estória. Nos filmes nacionais que abordam temas cotidianos em suas narrativas, a realidade evocada através de referências a fatos históricos e eventos reais e a utilização de técnicas características das produções documentais permeiam os filmes de efeitos realistas, revestindo de autenticidade o discurso apresentado. As casualidades e improvisações características dos documentários e as opções estilísticas adotadas pelas ficções acentuam o borramento nas fronteiras entre o que é documental e o que é ficcional nesses filmes, permitindo estimular um novo olhar sobre a realidade retratada nas estórias
