Esta dissertação pretende demonstrar a contribuição da psicanálise ao atendimento clínico dos casos que recebem a denominação de abuso sexual. A partir do estudo de casos clínicos e de uma pesquisa teórica das abordagens atuais sobre o tema, levanta a questão de que a clínica psicanalítica possibilita que o sujeito, seu desejo, subjetividade e gozo não sejam abolidos. Portanto, aborda temas como a constituição da neurose e do sujeito, e a respectiva concepção de responsabilização que o percurso de análise objetiva.
This dissertation intends to demonstrate the contribution of psychoanalysis to the clinical care of cases that receive the designation of sexual abuse. From the study of clinical cases and a theoretical research of current approaches on the issue, debates the question of the psychoanalytic clinic that enables the subject, his desire, subjectivity and enjoyment are not eliminated. Therefore, it addresses issues such as constitution of neurosis and of the subject, and the respective conception of become responsible,which is the objective of the analysis.
