"DINÂMICAS DE GRUPO NO SERVIÇO SOCIAL: uma técnica pouco estudada e muito difundida entre os assistentes sociais na Rede de Proteção ao Educando / RJ"

O trabalho com grupos é uma prática inerente à cultura profissional do assistente social e está presente no trabalho de campo desde seus primórdios. Mesmo após todas as mudanças pelas quais o Serviço Social brasileiro experimentou em especial com o Movimento de Reconceituação este instrumento permanece ocupando um importante lugar no arsenal técnico-operativo de seus profissionais. Muitas são as formas de se explorar a dimensão político-pedagógica do assistente social durante um trabalho grupal e, desta forma, neste estudo elegi pôr luz em uma técnica recorrentemente utilizada pelas assistentes sociais da 5ª CRE da Rede de Proteção ao Educando / RJ quando atuam com grupos: a Dinâmica de Grupo. Através de análise documental e pesquisa de campo busquei investigar as maneiras que os aportes nucleares do Serviço Social se expressam nas experiências profissionais estudadas, observando os motivos que levam as assistentes sociais a optarem por atuar com grupos de indivíduos, as formas que estas profissionais entendem e conduzem este tipo de trabalho, além dos resultados obtidos a partir destas intervenções. O estudo revelou que apesar da Dinâmica de Grupo ser uma técnica importante no trabalho dessas assistentes sociais com grupos, sua utilização requer direcionamentos mais apurados no que diz respeito ao sentido político.
Working with groups is an inherent practice to the culture of Social Work and is present in this field since its inception. Even after all the changes the Brazilian Social Work experienced - in particular the Movement Reconceptualization - this instrument is still occupying an important place in the arsenal of technical and operating personnel. There are many ways to explore the political-educational social worker during a group work and in this sense, in this study I have chosen to put light on a technique used repeatedly by social workers of the 5th CRE Network Protection for Student / RJ when working with groups: Group Dynamics. Through documentary analysis and field research sought to investigate the ways that nuclear contributions of Social experiences are expressed in the professional study, noting the reasons why social workers choose to work with groups of individuals, the ways that these professionals understand and conduct this type of work, beyond the results obtained from these interventions. The study revealed that although the Group Dynamics is an important technique in the work of these social groups, their use requires a shift in what concerns the political sense.
