Esta pesquisa abordará a construção do imaginário de uma ―nordestinidade‖, de territórios e da memória (LE GOFF, NORA, POLLAK) de cinco mulheres migrantes nordestinas, da Favela de Ramos, no bairro da Maré, Zona Norte do Rio de Janeiro, por meio da (re)criação, consumo e cultura material (DOUGLAS) de pratos tradicionais daquela região. A pesquisa pretende investigar ainda como percepções, táticas (CERTEAU), discursos e saberes dessas migrantes revelam um modo de permanência, processos de subjetivação e resistência (FOUCAULT, MAFFESOLI, MARTÍN-BARBERO) de uma cultura (HALL) por meio da culinária. Por fim, estudaremos, a partir da etnografia (GEERTZ), por meio de observação participante (MALINOWSKI apud GOLDENBERG) e entrevista narrativa (MINAYO apud GUERRA), como práticas e comportamentos sociais que envolvem o fazer e o consumo da comida regional (LE BRETON, STENGEL) são disseminados e absorvidos no cotidiano dessas mulheres
This research will focus on the construction of the imagery of a ―Northeastern‖, territories and memory (LE GOFF, NORA, POLLAK) of five Northeastern migrant women, from the Favela de Ramos, in the district of Maré, North Zone of Rio de Janeiro, creation of traditional dishes from that region, consumption and material culture (DOUGLAS). The research also intends to investigate how perceptions, tactics (CERTEAU), discourses and knowledge of these migrants reveal a way of permanence, subjectivation processes and identifications and resistance (FOUCAULT, MAFFESOLI, MARTÍN-BARBERO) of a culture (HALL) through cooking . Finally, we will study, from the ethnography (GEERTZ), through participant observation (MALINOWSKI apud GOLDENBERG) and narrative interview (MINAYO apud GUERRA), as social practices and behaviors that involve the making and consumption of regional food (LE BRETON , STENGEL) are disseminated and absorbed in the daily life of these women
