A presente dissertação tem como objetivo apresentar a concepção e a fundamentação da intersubjetividade em algumas obras de Fichte escritas entre 1794 e 1797. Nosso interesse se restringe a duas questões principais: a) quais as condições da intersubjetividade, isto é, seu fundamento e b) como Fichte concebe as relações intersubjetivas. O tratamento dessas questões concentrar-se-à especificamente nos textos Sobre o conceito da doutrina da ciência ou da assim chamada filosofia (1794), Fundação de toda a Doutrina da ciência (1794), Algumas preleções sobre a destinação do erudito (1794) e Fundação do direito natural segundo os princípios da doutrina da ciência (1797). Na abordagem das duas questões veremos que, embora a intersubjetividade não apareça como problema na Fundação de toda doutrina da ciência, não podemos prescindir dessa obra para uma investigação de seu fundamento.
This dissertation aims to present the conception and foundation of intersubjectivity in some works of Fichte written between 1794 and 1797. Our interest is restricted to two main issues: a) what are the conditions of intersubjectivity, that is, its foundation and b) how Fichte conceives interpersonal relationships. The treatment of these issues will be concentrate specifically on texts On the concept of the doctrine of so-called science or philosophy (1794), Foundation of the whole Doctrine of Science (1794), Some lectures on the destination of the Scholar (1794) and Foundation of natural law according to the principles of the doctrine of science (1797). In addressing the two issues we will see that although intersubjectivity not appear as a problem in the Grundlage, we can not do without this work for an investigation of his foundation.
