A presente dissertação busca retratar uma experiência de clínica psicanalítica em hospital oncológico. Aponta as peculiaridades desse espaço, ao demarcar as especificidades da medicina e da psicanálise no que tange ao conceito de corpo e tempo, bem como à ética própria a cada uma. Aborda ainda o luto, em um espaço em que o mesmo é tão frequente, tendo em vista as perdas imputadas no corpo ou da própria vida. O conceito de transferência é abordado de forma a interligar os temas apresentados, uma vez que é a partir da transferência que o analista pode trabalhar no hospital e construir um trabalho com a equipe. Objetiva-se descrever as diferenças que circundam psicanálise e medicina, por serem justamente tais diferenças o que possibilita o trabalho do analista no hospital
This dissertation aims to portray a psychoanalytic clinical experience at an oncology hospital. Indicates the peculiarities of this space, when it defines the specificities of the medicine and the psychoanalysis referring to the concept of body and time, as well as the ethic that belongs to each one. It also discusses the mourning, in a space that it is so frequent, bearing in mind the losses in the body or in the own life. The concept of transference is reported in a way in which it can be linked to the themes presented, since it is from the transference that the analyst can work at the hospital and build a job with the team.
