Architect and Urban Planner from Universidade Braz Cubas - UBC, in Mogi das Cruzes - SP (1976); licensed geographer, through the pedagogical training program for graduates - geography, from the Cruzeiro do Sul University (SP) (2019). Master in Environmental Sciences from the Postgraduate Program of the Institute of Science and Technology - ICT/Sorocaba, from the São Paulo State University ?Júlio de Mesquita Filho? - UNESP. Specialist in Regional Planning from FAU/USP (1979) and MBA in Tourism Planning, Management and Marketing from Universidade Católica de Brasília (2003). He attended and completed all the credits of the Master's Program in Urban, Rural and Regional Planning at the University of Taubaté (1984/85/86), where he also taught in the department of architecture and urbanism, from 1980 to 1988. In higher education, he was a professor at several universities and colleges in the state of São Paulo: at Universidade Braz Cubas (1978-93), University of Taubaté (1980-88), Faculdades Bertioga (2004-07), Centro Universitário Nossa Senhora do Patrocínio- CEUNSP, from Itu/Salto (SP) (2007-2017), teaching at the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Faculty of Administration and Business and Faculty of Technology, in undergraduate courses in architecture and urbanism, civil engineering, environmental engineering, commerce abroad, computer science, environmental management, logistics and occupational safety. He is a registered professional at the Regional Council of Engineering, Architecture and Agronomy - CREA/SP - CONFEA (1977-2011); and, architect and urban planner registered with the Council of Architecture and Urbanism of Brazil - CAU/BR (from 2012, with the creation of the new council); director of the Advisory He worked professionally in several technical teams for the elaboration of municipal master plans in several municipalities in the state of São Paulo; worked in the creation and implementation of the Metropolitan Region of Baixada Santista, worked in several regional technical chambers. He was a member of the Baixada Santista River Basin Committee. Worked (2001-2004) after approval in a national public selection process, professional activity as a technical analyst at a higher level at the Superintendence of Water Resources Planning of the National Water Agency - ANA, in Brasília (DF). of the Bertioga Institute for Research and Environmental Sciences - IPECAB - NGO that operates in Baixada Santista - SP; specialist in environmental management, water resources and urban, regional and environmental planning; environmental manager registered with IBAMA/MMA. He worked professionally in several technical teams for the elaboration of municipal master plans in several municipalities in the state of São Paulo; worked in the creation and implementation of the Metropolitan Region of Baixada Santista, worked in several regional technical chambers. He is a member of the World Council of Planetary Citizenship - WCPC - World Council of Planetary Citizenship. In addition to teaching in higher education, he works as a self-employed architect, research and consulting in the area of regional, urban, rural, environmental, water resources and tourism planning.

Doutorando e Mestre em Ciências Ambientais (2022) pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação do Instituto de Ciências e Tecnologia - ICT/ Sorocaba, da Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho - UNESP. Especialista em Planejamento Regional pela FAU/USP (1979) e, MBA em Planejamento, Gestão e Marketing do Turismo, pela Universidade Católica de Brasília (2003). Cursou e cumpriu todos os créditos do Programa de Mestrado em Planejamento Urbano, Rural e Regional da Universidade de Taubaté (1984/85/86), onde também lecionou no departamento de arquitetura e urbanismo, de 1980 a 1988. No ensino superior foi professor de várias universidades e faculdades no estado de São Paulo: na Universidade Braz Cubas (1978-93), Universidade de Taubaté (1980-88), Faculdades Bertioga (2004-07), Centro Universitário Nossa Senhora do Patrocínio- CEUNSP, de Itu/Salto (SP) (2007-2017), lecionando na Faculdade de Engenharia e Arquitetura, Faculdade de Administração e Negócios e Faculdade de Tecnologia, nos cursos superiores de graduação em arquitetura e urbanismo, engenharia civil, engenharia elétrica, engenharia de produção mecânica, engenharia ambiental, comércio exterior, ciências da computação, gestão ambiental, logística e segurança do trabalho. É profissional registrado no Conselho Regional de Engenharia, Arquitetura e Agronomia - CREA/SP - CONFEA (1977-2011); e, arquiteto e urbanista registrado no Conselho de Arquitetura e Urbanismo do Brasil - CAU/BR (a partir de 2012, com a criação do novo conselho); diretor do Corpo Consultivo do Instituto de Pesquisa e Ciências Ambientais de Bertioga - IPECAB - ONG que atua na Baixada Santista - SP; especialista em gestão ambiental, de recursos hídricos e planejamento urbano, regional e ambiental; gestor ambiental cadastrado no IBAMA/MMA. Atuou profissionalmente em várias equipes técnicas para elaboração de planos diretores municipais em diversos municípios do estado de São Paulo; trabalhou na criação e implantação da Região Metropolitana da Baixada Santista, atuando em diversas câmaras técnicas regionais. Foi membro do Comitê da Bacia Hidrográfica da Baixada Santista. Exerceu (2001-2004) após aprovação em processo seletivo público nacional, atividade profissional como analista técnico em nível superior na Superintendência de Planejamento de Recursos Hídricos da Agência Nacional de Águas - ANA, em Brasília (DF). Desenvolveu atividades socioeducativas e socioculturais no Rotary Internacional; past presidente do RC de Bertioga (SP); MM do GOB; FRC da AMORC; possui três títulos Paul Harris por relevantes serviços prestados à Fundação Rotary Internacional, principalmente por significativos serviços prestados aos povos do mundo, inclusive ao Programa Internacional Preserve o Planeta Terra. É membro do World Council of Planetary Citizenship - WCPC - Conselho Mundial de Cidadania Planetária. Além da docência no ensino superior, exerce atividades como arquiteto autônomo, pesquisa e consultoria na área de planejamento regional, urbano, rural, ambiental, recursos hídricos e turismo.
