Rafael Parisi Abdouch

Bacharel em Direito pela Escola de Direito de São Paulo da Fundação Getulio Vargas (Direito SP) e mestre em Direito na Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo (Largo São Francisco). Advogado inscrito na OAB/SP. Especialista em Direito Processual Civil na Escola Paulista de Direito e em Direito Público pela Escola Brasileira de Direito/Universidade São Judas Tadeu. Foi professor universitário na Universidade Paulista (UNIP). Foi professor de língua portuguesa no Curso Popular da Fundação Getulio Vargas e atuou como professor particular de língua portuguesa e literatura portuguesa e brasileira. Foi intercambista de graduação na Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa. Foi membro e colaborador da Equipe de Mediação da Fundação Getulio Vargas para a Competição de Mediação Internacional promovida pela International Chamber of Commerce, em Paris, tendo recebido prêmio por excelente desempenho. Pesquisador do grupo de História dos institutos jurídico-econômicos (CNPQ). Desenvolve pesquisas e tem artigos publicados em filosofia e teoria geral do direito e história do pensamento jurídico.

Graduated in Law from São Paulo Law School of Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV DIREITO, and master (LL.M.) from the Law School of the University of São Paulo (Largo São Francisco). Attorney registered with São Paulo Section of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP). Specialist in Civil Procedure at Escola Paulista de Direito and in Applied Public Law at Escola Brasileira de Direito / Universidade São Judas Tadeu. Acted as professor at Universidade Paulista (Unip). Acted as a volunteer Portuguese teacher at Curso Popular of Fundação Getulio Vargas and have worked as a Portuguese language and Portuguese and Brazilian literature tutor. Exchange student at the Law School of the University of Lisbon. Former member and colaborator of the Mediation Team of the Getulio Vargas Foundation for the International Mediation Competition, organized by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris. Awarded for the excellent performance in the competition. Researcher of the research group History of the Legal and Economic Institutions (CNPQ). Researcher with published articles in the field of Legal Philosophy, Juriprudence, and History of Legal Thought.
