Renatto Marcello Yupa Villanueva

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina. His master's thesis addresses a numerical study of jet-flap interaction noise and a procedure for designing thrust gates.s using the Lattice Boltzmann (LBM) method. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru (2014). During graduation he worked with the aerodynamic and dynamic-structural verification of wind turbine projects using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and the Finite Element Method (FEM). He worked with analysis of the Slug pattern in two-phase water-air flow in a horizontal duct using CFD and Flow Induced Vibration (IVF) through Fluid-Structure Interaction (FSI).

Mestrado em Engenharia Mecânica pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Sua dissertação de mestrado aborda um estudo numérico do ruído de interação jato-flap e um procedimento para projetar thrust gates.s usando o método Lattice Boltzmann (LBM). Possui graduação em Engenharia Mecânica pela Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru (2014). Durante a graduação trabalhou com a verificação aerodinâmica e dinâmica-estrutural de projetos de turbinas eólicas usando Dinâmica de Fluidos Computacional (CFD) e o Método de Elementos Finitos (FEM). Trabalhou com análise do padrão Slug em escoamento bifásico água-ar em um duto horizontal usando CFD e a Vibração Induzida pelo Escoamento (FIV) mediante a Interação Fluido-Estrutura (FSI).
