Agustin Machado Fernandez

Graduated in Dentistry from the Faculty of Dentistry of the Universidad de la Republica del Uruguay in 2013. Revalidated the undergraduate degree in Dentistry at the Federal University of Santa Maria / RS in 2015. Graduated in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, PUCRS in 2018. MSc in Dentistry with emphasis on Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery since 2020 at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, PUCRS. Currently pursuing a PhD degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, PUCRS. The focus of the research during the Master's degree is related to the airways of patients with facial deformity, undergoing orthognathic surgery. Has experience in Dentistry, focusing on Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dentoalveolar Surgery, Dental Implants, Dentofacial Deformities and Face Trauma.

Possui graduação em Odontologia pela Faculdade de Odontologia da Universidad de la Republica del Uruguay no ano 2013. Fez a revalidação do diploma de graduação em Odontologia na Universidade Federal de Santa Maria/RS no ano 2015. Formou-se como Especialista em Cirurgia e Traumatologia Bucomaxilofacial, na Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS) no ano 2018. Mestre em Odontologia com énfase em Cirurgia e Traumatologia Bucomaxilofacial graduado pela PUC-RS desde o ano 2020. Atualmente cursa Doutorado em Cirurgia Bucomaxilofacial na PUC-RS. O foco da pesquisa durante o curso de Doutorado encontra-se relacionado as vias aéreas de pacientes com deformidade facial, submetidos a cirurgia ortognática. Tem experiência na área de Odontologia, com ênfase em Cirurgia Bucomaxilofacial, cirurgia dentoalveolar, implantes dentários, deformidades dentofaciais e trauma de face.
