Master and Bachelor degree in Public Policy from the Federal University of ABC and a Bachelor Degree in Science and Humanities from the same university, currently I?ve been working at the Alana Institute, with the production of research and advocacy actions for the rights of children and adolescents.
I had experience in public administration ans in public policies, where I served as a special advisor at the City Hall of São Paulo, at the Municipal Government Departament, and at the Departament of Sports and Leisure. At Government State of São Paulo I worked at the Brazilian Center for Latin American Studies of the Latin American Memorial Foundation. I also worked at Pólis Institute with youth-oriented and cultural policies.
I had experiences in research on the implementation of public policies, the reproduction of inequalities by state agents, and the development of states capacities.
Mestra e bacharela em Políticas Públicas pela Universidade Federal do ABC e bacharela em Ciências e Humanidades na mesma Universidade, atualmente trabalha no Instituto Alana, onde contribui com a produção de pesquisas e ações de advocacy em educação. Possui experiência na administração pública, onde atuou como assessora especial na Secretaria de Governo Municipal e na Secretaria Municipal de Esportes e Lazer da Prefeitura de São Paulo e no Centro Brasileiro de Estudos da América Latina da Fundação Memorial da América Latina, no terceiro setor, atuou no Instituto Pólis com políticas voltadas para juventudes. Tem experiência em pesquisas sobre implementação de políticas públicas, reprodução de desigualdades por agentes do Estado e desenvolvimento de capacidades institucionais.
