Doutoranda em Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC/RJ); Mestra em Teorias Jurídicas Contemporâneas pelo Programa de Pós Graduação em Direito da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, Linha III: Democracia, Instituições e Desenhos Institucionais. Gerente Jurídico do Instituto Brasileiro de Petróleo e Gás; Assessora Jurídica de Compliance; habilitação jurídica; e Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais. Professora de cursos UnIBP (Universidade do Setor de Petróleo e Gás). Estudo Direito e Inovação, com foco em tecnologia para governos, contratos de inovação e Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD). Estudei Economia Regional e Marco de Poder, participando do grupo de pesquisa: Observatório de Estudos Sobre o Rio de Janeiro supervisionado pelo Professor Mauro Osorio. Estudei Gênero e Feminismos de abril de 2013 a outubro de 2018, no grupo de pesquisa Justiça, Reconhecimento e Assimetrias no Direito - JUREDES / PPGD-UFRJ. Fui bolsista de iniciação científica orientada pela Professora Cecília Caballero Lois (2013/2014 Cnpq e 2015/2016 Faperj). Participando do grupo de pesquisa Justiça, Reconhecimento e Assimetrias no Direito - JUREDES / UFRJ estudei o engajamento discursivo das parlamentares constituintes para identificar se e como as mulheres representantes disputaram espaços públicos. Me dediquei ainda ao estudo histórico-argumentativo da construção da mulher na linguagem argumentativa do Superior Tribunal de Justiça, através da análise de todas as decisões que envolveram violência contra a mulher no âmbito da Lei Maria da Penha e da tipificação do crime de estupro (corte temporal da chegada dos primeiros casos de Lei Maria da Penha ao STJ em 2008 até 2016). Participei ainda do desenvolvimento de pesquisa empírica sobre a eficácia social do direito ao aborto de fetos anencefálicos decorrente da decisão do Supremo Tribunal Federal na ADPF 54, na cidade do Rio de Janeiro. O grupo estabeleceu contatos administrativos com o Hospital Municipal Maternidade Fernando Magalhães e com o Hospital Federal Instituto Fernandes Figueira para que estudássemos com a possibilidade de real modificação da ordem fática social.

Master in Contemporary Legal Theories by the Graduate Program in Law of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Line III: Democracy, Institutions and Institutional Drawings. Compliance Officer. Studies Regional Economics and Institutions, participating in the research group Observatory of Studies on Rio de Janeiro supervised by Professor Mauro Osorio. Studies and works with local regulations, carrying out municipal legal mapping to understand public expenditure capacity and contracting by public management. Worked with Gender and Feminisms from April 2013 to October 2018, in the research group Justice, Recognition and Asymmetries in Law - JUREDES / PPGD-UFRJ. Scientific initiation directed by Professor Cecília Caballero Lois (2013/2014 Cnpq and 2015/2016 Faperj). Participating in the research group Justice, Recognition and Asymmetries in Law - JUREDES / UFRJ cooriented research on the discursive engagement of constituent parliamentarians to identify if and how women representatives disputed public spaces. She also dedicated herself to the historical-argumentative study of the construction of women in the argumentative language of the Superior Court of Justice, through the analysis of all decisions that involved violence against women under the Maria da Penha Act and the typification of rape time of the arrival of the first cases of Maria da Penha Law to the STJ in 2008 until 2016). She also participated in the development of empirical research on the social efficacy of the right to abortion of anencephalic fetuses resulting from the decision of the Federal Supreme Court in ADPF 54, in the city of Rio de Janeiro. The group established administrative partnerships with the Fernando Magalhães Maternidade Municipal Hospital and the Federal Hospital Fernandes Figueira Institute to study the possibility of a real modification of the social phatic order.
