Tatiana de Pino Albuquerque Maranhão

Cientista Política, Doutora em Sociologia pela Universidade de Brasília (2010) e Servidora Pública Federal (2010), na carreira de Analista em Ciência e Tecnologia procuro convergência entre práticas de produção de conhecimento científico e formas de aplicação da Ciência e da Tecnologia para a resolução de problemas reais. Participei de pesquisa em Ciência Política na Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, vinculada à Pesquisa Mundial de Valores no País. Desde Dezembro de 2021, trabalho na Secretaria Executiva do MCTI, na Coordenação de Gestão e Governança de Dados. Entre 2017 e 2021, trabalhei na área de Popularização e Divulgação da Ciência e Tecnologia. De 2019 a 2020, exerci função de Coordenadora de Projetos e Espaços de Divulgação Científica, no âmbito da Coordenação Geral de Popularização da Ciência, do Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovações - MCTI. Em síntese, atuo com Ciência Aberta e minha experiência profissional anterior envolve temas como Cultura Política Comparada, Análise e Avaliação de Políticas de Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação, Educação, Violência e Gênero, Divulgação científica e Popularização da Ciência.

Tatiana P. A. Maranhão, political scientist and PhD in Sociology from the University of Brasilia (2010), conducts research on Science, Technology and Education. Since November 2010, she is an analyst in Science and Technology who currently works in the Office of Monitoring and Evaluation (ASCAV) of the Executive Secretariat of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI). She advised the Department of Science and Technology for Social Inclusion (SECIS) between November 2010 and November 2012. In 2010, she also served as a volunteer researcher (postdoc) at the Center for the Study of Violence-NEVIS, connected to the network of the National Institute of Science and Technology - Violence, Democracy and Citizen Security. Between 2008 and 2010, participated in the research Scientific Leadership and Social Demands, coordinated by Dr. Fernanda Sobral, at the University of Brasilia. In May and June 2010, evaluated the Impact Assessment of Mathematics Olympics Brazilian Public Schools - OBMEP, Center for Strategic Studies and Management - CGEE. From 2009 to 2010, she coordinated research on Judiciary political behavior to the School of Law of the Getulio Vargas Foundation in Rio de Janeiro. From July/2010 to December/2009, held technical work related to the Map of the National System of Science, Technology and Innovation at the Center for Strategic Studies and Management (CGEE). From June 2004 to May 2008, she worked as technical adviser in the General Coordination of Technological Innovation, Ministry of Science and Technology (MCT). Developed technical work on monitoring and evaluation of public policies for the Ministry of Health (PROFAE / UNESCO), Ministry of Education (INEP / MEC), NESUB / UNB, IPEA, among others.
