Especialista em Gestão Judiciária tendo trabalhado na Administração do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, como Juíza Auxiliar da Corregedoria Geral de Justiça e Presidência do TJRJ, respectivamente, nos períodos de 1996 e de 2001/2002 e 2003/2004, elaborando, implantando e gerenciando diversos projetos administrativo-operacionais deste Tribunal, como a CEJUVIDA - Central Judiciária de Abrigamento Provisório da Mulher Vítima de Violência Doméstica junto ao Plantão Judiciário do TJRJ, em 2010, e o Programa Justiça Itinerante. Diretora-Geral da EMERJ no biênio 2021-2023. Na Escola da Magistratura participou da criação e implantação do Curso de Vitaliciamento dos Magistrados, no período de 2001/2004. Formadora de Formadores e Tutora Credenciada pela ENFAM - Escola Nacional de Formação de Magistrados e organizadora de cursos de treinamento para os Magistrados (2018). Pesquisadora-Coordenadora do NUPEPAJ/EMERJ - Núcleo de Pesquisa em Políticas Públicas e Acesso à Justiça. Representante da IOJT ? International Organization of Judges Training para a América do Sul.
