Ernesto Rademaker Martins

Graduated in Bachelor of Naval Science (Mechanical Qualification) from Escola Naval (1996), Specialization in Maintenance Engineering from Universidade Estácio de Sá (2007), Master in Production Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (2009) and nowadays Doctoral student from Military Engineering Institute (IME). He participated in the planning and presentation of the XII, XV and XVII Navy Operational Research and Logistics Symposium (SPOLM 2009, 2011 and 2013), contributing to the preparation and execution of SPOLM of 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014, being the General Coordinator of SPOLM 2019. He participated in the planning of the I Navy Science, Technology and Innovation Symposium (2009). He held the role of Project Manager at the Naval Systems Analysis Center, as well as the leading auditor of ISO 9001: 2008 (internal auditor), Coordinator of the CASNAV-IME Agreement and Coordinator of the CASNAV-LNCC Agreement. He is part of the joint work team on Logistics between IME and CASNAV. He held the position of Professor at SENAI-CETIQT (2015), Professor at UNISUAM in Operational Research (2018-2019) and Substitute Professor at the Military Engineering Institute (IME), in the discipline of Simulation and Performance Analysis (2017-2019). He was the founder and chief researcher at the Armed Forces Governance and Optimization Studies Laboratory (2018-2019). Member of the Interministerial Task Force on Military Remuneration and Member of the Management Committee of the Defense Ministry Strategic and Defense Management Information Bank. He was Manager and Analyst of the Military Actuarial Pensions Calculation Project (2011-2018). Currently holds the role of Manager of the Systems Support Section, within the cell of the Logistics and Mobilization Coordination Center, of the Armed Forces' Head of Logistics. He is a component of a Task Group in Governance Aplications and Risk Analysis, coordenating by Civil House of Brazilian Republic Presidency.

Participou do planejamento do I Simpósio de Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação da Marinha (2009). Exerceu as funções de Gerente de Projetos do Centro de Análise de Sistemas Navais, bem como auditor líder da ISO 9001: 2008 (auditor interno), Coordenador do Acordo CASNAV-IME e Coordenador do Acordo CASNAV-LNCC. Faz parte da equipe de trabalho conjunto de Logística entre IME e CASNAV. Exerceu as funções de Professor do SENAI-CETIQT (2015), Professor da UNISUAM em Pesquisa Operacional (2018-2019) e Professor Substituto do Instituto de Engenharia Militar (IME), na disciplina de Simulação e Análise de Desempenho (2017-2019) . Foi fundador e pesquisador-chefe do Laboratório de Estudos de Governança e Otimização das Forças Armadas (2018-2019). Membro do Grupo de Trabalho Interministerial de Remuneração de Militares e Membro da Comissão de Gestão do Banco de Informação Estratégica e de Gestão da Defesa do Ministério da Defesa. Foi Gerente e Analista do Projeto de Cálculo Atuarial da Previdência Militar (2011-2018). Atualmente ocupa a função de Gerente da Seção de Apoio a Sistemas, dentro da célula do Centro de Coordenação de Logística e Mobilização, da Chefia de Logística das Forças Armadas. É integrante do Grupo de Trabalho em Aplicações de Governança e Análise de Risco, coordenado pela Casa Civil da Presidência da República.
