Aline de Carvalho Luther

Graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of São Paulo (2008) and has a Master in Architecture and Urbanism from the PPGAU UFBa, in area of ​​concentration in Conservation and Restoration (2012) where is currently pursuing the doctorate in the same area, having held a interchange period at Sapienza Università di Roma, Italy through the PRINT Program - INSTITUTIONAL PROGRAM FOR INTERNATIONALIZATION/CAPES. Is Assistant Professor IA at the Faculty of Architecture of the Federal University of Bahia since 2017. Has experience in Architecture and Urbanism, with emphasis in History and Technology of Architecture and Preservation, working mainly with the following themes: conservation and restoration, cultural heritage, industrial architecture and building pathology. Was Academic Coordinator of the Faculty of Architecture at UFBA between 2018 and 2020. She was representative of the Academic Committee of the Brazilian Committee for the Conservation of the Industrial Heritage (TICCIH-Brasil) between 2018 and 2021.

Possui graduação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo pela Universidade de São Paulo (2008) e mestrado em Arquitetura e Urbanismo pelo PPGAU-UFBA, na área de concentração em Conservação e Restauro (2012), onde atualmente cursa o doutorado na mesma área de concentração, tendo realizado período sanduíche na Sapienza Università di Roma, Itália através do Programa PRINT - PROGRAMA INSTITUCIONAL DE INTERNACIONALIZAÇÃO/CAPES. É Professora Assistente IA da Faculdade de Arquitetura da Universidade Federal da Bahia, onde leciona desde 2017. Tem experiência na área de Arquitetura e Urbanismo, com ênfase em História e Tecnologia da Arquitetura e Preservação, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: conservação e restauração, bens culturais, arquitetura industrial, patologia das construções. Foi Coordenadora Acadêmica da Faculdade de Arquitetura da UFBA entre 2018 e 2020. Foi representante do Comitê Acadêmico do Comitê Brasileiro de Preservação do Patrimônio Industrial (TICCIH-Brasil) entre 2018 e 2021.
