Joaquim Lustosa Filho

Atualmente é Juiz Federal na Justiça Federal da 5 Região em Pernambuco e Professor Adjunto, pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco. Possui Mestrado em Direito Público pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (2002), é Doutorando em Direito pelo PPGD/ UFPE. Atuou como Vice-Coordenador do Curso Lato Sensu em Processo Tributário pela UFPE/ FADE (2013 - 2021). Tem atuação com ênfase em Direito e experiência nas áreas de Direito Tributário e Financeiro.

He is currently a Federal Judge at the Federal Court of the 5th Region in Pernambuco and Adjunct Professor, at the Federal University of Pernambuco - FDR/UFPE. He holds a Master's Degree in Public Law from the Federal University of Pernambuco - PPGD/UFPE (2002), and is a Doctoral Candidate in Law from the PPGD/UFPE. He served as Vice-Coordinator of the Lato Sensu Course in Tax Process at UFPE/FADE (2013 - 2021). He has experience with an emphasis on Law and experience in the areas of Tax and Financial Law.
