Professor at the Federal Center for Technological Education of Minas Gerais. PhD student in the Linguistics Program of the Federal University of Minas Gerais. He has a major in English Language by the State University of Montes Claros and a specialization in English Language Teaching by the Federal University of Minas Gerais. Certified in Teaching English as a Foreign Language by the University of Toronto. Member of the research group "Cognitive Phonology: Investigating Emerging Sound Patters", linked to the Brazilian National Council for Scientific and Technological Development.

Professor do quadro efetivo do Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais (CEFET-MG). Doutor e mestre em Linguística Teórica e Descritiva pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG). Especialista em Ensino e Aprendizagem de Língua Inglesa pela UFMG. Licenciado em Letras - Inglês pela Universidade Estadual de Montes Claros. Certificado em English Language Teaching pela Universidade de Toronto. Membro do grupo de pesquisa 'Fonologia Cognitiva: Investigação de Padrões Sonoros Emergentes', vinculado ao CNPq. Membro do GT de Fonética e Fonologia da Associação Nacional de Pós-Graduação em Letras e Linguística (ANPOLL). Membro da LabPhon - Association for Laboratory Phonology. Membro do ALLAB - Laboratory of Applied Linguistics (University of Groningen). Tem experiência na área de Linguística, com ênfase em Fonologia de Laboratório e em Estudos Formais da Língua.
