Maria Cândida Arrais de Miranda Mousinho

Doutora em Energia e Ambiente pela Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA) com a tese, escrita em português e em inglês sobre cooperação internacional em energias renováveis. Foi orientada por Ednildo Andrade Torres e Silvio Beisl Vieira de Melo, professores da UFBA, e coorientada por Dinanbadhu Sahoo, vice chacellor Fakir Mohan University. Sua tese foi considerada a melhor do ano (2018) pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Energia e Ambiente (PGENAM/UFBA). Tem mestrado em Análise Regional pela Universidade Salvador, para o qual recebeu apoio da Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado da Bahia (FAPESB). Na graduação em Turismo foi a estudante laureada pela Universidade Salvador (Laureate Universities) e foi aprovada em primeiro lugar na seleção pública para bolsistas de nível superior do Banco do Nordeste do Brasil. Após o mestrado, foi selecionada, junto com outros dois brasileiros, para o curso Managing Global Governance no Deutsche Institut für Entwicklungspolitik, o qual está entre as seis mais influentes instituições think tanks do mundo. Participou do curso International Futures na Academia de Formação de Diplomatas em Berlim e foi fellow na Universidade das Nações Unidas (ONU/UNU) com um projeto sobre energia e governança. Tem experiência no setor público, no setor privado e no terceiro setor. Gosta de trabalhos voluntários. Atualmente é professora no Instituto Federal da Bahia onde também representa a assessoria internacional dessa instituição. Também é docente no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Difusão do Conhecimento (PPGDC) e no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Energia e Ambiente do qual é egressa. Faz parte do corpo editorial do newsletter Energy Review coordenada pelo professor NandaKumar Janardhanan (IGES/Japão) e Michael Mehling (MIT/EUA). Tem publicado artigos, organizado livros, participado de comissões científicas; já recebeu homenagens e tem participado de diversos cursos, conferências, workshops e seminários no Brasil e no exterior. Ph.D. in Energy and Environment from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) with a thesis, written both in Portuguese and in English, about renewable energy cooperation, which was advised by Ednildo Andrade Torres and Silvio Beils Vieira de Melo, professors at UFBA, and co-advised by Dinabandhu Sahoo, vice chancellor at Fakir Mohan University. The Program on Energy and Environment (PGENAM) considered her thesis the best of the year 2018. She holds an M.A. in Regional Analysis from the Salvador University, where she was sponsored by Bahia State Research Foundation (FAPESB). She was awarded ?Best Student? at the Tourism graduation ceremony at the Salvador University (Laureate Universities), where she got her B.A, and ranked first at the internship contest at the Brazilian Northeast Bank. After her Masters Degree she was selected to attend the Managing Global Governance course at the Deutsche Institut für Entwicklungspolitik, considered one of the six most influential think tanks institutions in the world where she served as a fellow of the United Nations University with a project on energy and governance. She has participated in the course "International Futures" at the Diploma Training Academy in Berlin. She has experience in the public and private sectors as well as in the third sector as a volunteer. Currently, she teaches at the Federal Institute of Bahia where she also represents the international advisory board, at the Post-Graduation Program on Knowledge Diffusion (PPGDC) and at the Post-Graduation Program on Energy and Environment where she attended her Ph.D. course. She is part of the team of Energy Review newsletter coordinated by professor NandaKumar Janardhanan (IGES/Japan) e Michael Mehling (MIT/USA) . She has published papers, edited books and participated in many courses, conferences, workshops and seminars in Brazil and abroad.
