Roselir Ribeiro da Silva

He holds a PhD in Environmental Sciences from the Federal University of Goiás (2014), a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from the Federal University of Viçosa (1998), a postgraduate degree in Agronomic Engineering from the Federal University of Pelotas (1994) Agroindustry by the Federal University of Lavras (2008) and licensed in the Program Pedagogical Training-Full Degree by the Federal Center of Technological Education of Paraná (2000). Professor of the Federal Institute of Education Science and Technology Rio Pomba Campus. He is active in research in the area of ​​Food Science and Technology (New Products, Butter Technology, Dairy Desserts and Industrial Hygiene). He is currently studying environmental impacts in the Pomba river basin caused by domestic sewage and industrial effluents. He participated as coordinating teacher of the Rondon Project Centro-Nordeste Tocantins phase. He participated in a mission in Nicaragua in the implementation of technical courses in that country. Has experience in the area of ​​Food Science and Technology, with emphasis on Science and Technology of Products of Animal Origin.

Possui graduação em Programa Formação Pedagógica-Licenciatura Plena pelo CENTRO FEDERAL DE EDUCAÇÃO TECNOLÓGICA DO PARANÁ (2000), graduação em Engenharia Agronômica pela Universidade Federal de Pelotas (1994), mestrado em Ciência e Tecnologia de Alimentos pela Universidade Federal de Viçosa (1998) e doutorado em Ciências Ambientais pela Universidade Federal de Goiás (2014). Atualmente é coordenador de curso do Instituto Federal do Sudeste de Minas Gerais e professor titular do Instituto Federal do Sudeste de Minas Gerais. Tem experiência na área de Ciência e Tecnologia de Alimentos, com ênfase em Ciência e Tecnologia de Alimentos, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: laticinios, microbiologia, agroindústrias, boas práticas de fabricação e estatística.
