Psicóloga. Doutora em Psicologia Clínica e Cultura pela Universidade de Brasília com estágio de doutoramento na University of Surrey (UK). Mestre em Processos de Desenvolvimento Humano e Saúde pela Universidade de Brasília. Especialista em Psicologia Clínica/Gestalt Terapeuta. Membro da International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity and Metabolic Disorders (IFSO) e das Especialidades Associadas da Sociedade Brasileira de Cirurgia Bariátrica e Metabólica (COESAS da SBCBM). Trabalhou por anos junto à uma equipe multiprofissional no tratamento de sobrepeso e de obesidade em Brasília/DF. Atua nos contextos clínico, de saúde, no ensino e na pesquisa. Suas principais área de interesse são saúde mental e física, obesidade, cirurgia bariátrica, transtornos alimentares, psicologia da alimentação e coaching de saúde. Her main areas of interest are mental and physical health, obesity, bariatric surgery, eating disorders, food psychology and health coaching.
