Amália Cristine Medeiros Ferreira

Biologist, master and PhD in Biochemistry and Physiology from the UFPE - Universidade Federal de Pernambuco. Member in research projects aiming the integral use of fish, acting in the respective areas: biomolecules of aquatic organisms (obtaining, purifying and characterizing of digestive enzymes); applied enzymology and biotechnology (application of enzymes obtained through the reuse of fishery waste in enzymatic industrial processes.

Bióloga, mestra e doutora em Bioquímica e Fisiologia pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco. Como pesquisadora, tem experiência em: Bioquímica, fisiologia e enzimologia de organismos aquáticos; Obtenção, purificação, caracterização e aplicações biotecnológicas de enzimas;
