ROBÉRIO ANASTÁCIO FERREIRA

I am a Forestry Engineering from the Federal University of Paraíba (1994), Master's degree in Forestry Engineering from the Federal University of Lavras (1997) and PhD in Agronomy (Phytotechny) from Universidade Federal de Lavras (2002). He is currently an effective professor of the Postgraduate Program in Agriculture and Biodiversity (PPGAGRI) and Associate Professor III of the Department of Forestry Sciences, Federal University of Sergipe. He has experience in the area of Forest Resources and Forest Engineering, with emphasis on Restoration of Riparian Forests, working mainly in the following subjects: restoration, riparian forests, degraded areas, forest species, vegetation analysis, biodiversity conservation and urban afforestation. He is leader of the Research Group - UFS Restoration Group

Possui graduação em Engenharia Florestal pela Universidade Federal da Paraíba (1994), mestrado em Engenharia Florestal pela Universidade Federal de Lavras (1997) e doutorado em Agronomia (Fitotecnia) pela Universidade Federal de Lavras (2002). Atualmente é professor efetivo do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Agricultura e Biodiversidade (PPGAGRI) e Professor Associado III do Departamento de Ciências Florestais, da Universidade Federal de Sergipe. Tem experiência na área de Recursos Florestais e Engenharia Florestal, com ênfase em Restauração de Matas Ciliares, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: restauração, matas ciliares, áreas degradadas, espécies florestais, análise de vegetação, conservação da biodiversidade e arborização urbana. É líder do Grupo de Pesquisa - Grupo Restauração da UFS
