Alexandre works for a Brazilian Mining Company named Vale in Capital Projects Area, responsible for operational readiness. Throughout his career, Alexandre has helped for 11 years a Telecom Company in Brazil named Oi to implement a Knowledge Management processes and tolls. He has a background in Electronic Engineer with Master Degree in Telecom and MBA. 	Strong skills in planning and development, with capacity for analysis and synthesis pronounced. Results orientation, leadership and creativity, taste for challenges and develop teamwork. Training in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Business Management by FGV, projects and training in Management and Masters in Electrical Engineering at UNB. A month and a half of experience in Canada and USA in 2001 and 2002, travel to Mexico to represent Brazil in the event Tele education in 2000, currently serving as manager of capture and training of Call Center of Brasil Telecom. Trabalho na Vale, empresa de mineração, responsável pela Prontidão operacional de projetos de investimentos de capital, trabalhei durante 11 anos na Brasil Telecom e depois adquirida pela Oi nas áreas de RH, Treinamento e desenvolvimento e gestão de call center. Também experiência como professor de Confiabilidade e Falhas e componentes, Gestão da Inovação, Projeto de Produto e Gestão da Qulidade na PUC MInas Formação em Engenharia Elétrica, com especialização em Gestão Empresarial pela FGV , formação em Gerencia e projetos e Mestrado em Engenharia Elétrica na UNB e Doutorado em Gestão de conhecimento Pela PUCMINAS.
