Fabíola Isabel Suano de Souza

Graduated (2000) and residency in pediatrics (2002) from the ABC Medical School (FMABC). She completed Master's (2006) and Doctorate (2011) from the Federal University of São Paulo-Escola Paulista de Medicina (UNIFESP / EPM). She obtained the title of Specialist in Pediatrics (2003), Practice Area in Pediatric Nutrology (2005) and Practice Area in Parenteral and Enteral Nutritional Therapy (2006) by the Brazilian Society of Pediatrics. He is currently Adjunct Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at UNIFESP / EPM and Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at FMABC. He coordinates the Multidisciplinary Team in Nutritional Therapy at the Municipal University Hospital of São Bernardo do Campo (HMU-SBC). She is the advisor of the Graduate Program in Pediatrics and Sciences Applied to Pediatrics at UNIFESP / EPM (CAPES code: 33009015019P7). At UNIFESP / EPM, she currently coordinates the UC of General and Community Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, and is a member of the Graduate Committee of the Pediatrics Program. At the ABC Medical School, she coordinates the Pediatrics Course for the Third Year of the Medicine Course and is a member of the Distance Education Center. She participated in the Ministry of Health's Working Groups on the Food Guide for Children under 2 and Childhood Obesity. She participates as a member of the Brazilian Society of Pediatrics, the International Society for Developmental Origins of Health and Disease (DOHaD).

Possui graduação (2000) e residência médica em pediatria (2002) pela Faculdade de Medicina do ABC (FMABC). Concluiu Mestrado (2006) e Doutorado (2011) pela Escola Paulista de Medicina - Universidade Federal de São Paulo (EPM-UNIFESP). Obteve o título de Especialista em Pediatria (2003), Área de Atuação em Nutrologia Pediátrica (2005) e Área de Atuação em Terapia Nutricional Parenteral e Enteral (2006) pela Sociedade Brasileira de Pediatria. Atualmente é Professora Adjunta da Disciplina de Pediatria Geral e Comunitária do Departamento de Pediatria da EPM-UNIFESP e Professora Associada da Disciplina de Clínica Pediátrica do Departamento de Pediatria da FMABC. É orientadora do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Pediatria e Ciências Aplicadas à Pediatria da EPM-UNIFESP. Participou dos Grupos de Trabalho do Ministério da Saúde sobre o Guia Alimentar de Crianças menores de 2 anos e Obesidade infantil. Foi indicada como Delegada do Comitê Consultivo do Capítulo Latino Americano do DOHaD (International Society for Developmental Origins and Health Diseases) 2021-2023.
