Bruna Quartarolo Vargas

Possui Graduação em Letras Português/Inglês/Literaturas pela Universidade Gama Filho (2006), Mestrado em Linguística Aplicada pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (2011) e Doutorado em Linguística Aplicada Interdisciplinar pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (2021) . Tem experiência e interesse na área de ensino/aprendizagem de Língua Inglesa, Teoria Sócio Histórico Cultural, Avaliação Dinâmica, Desenvolvimento Mediado e Metodologias Ativas. É professora efetiva de Língua Inglesa no Colégio de Aplicação João XXIII, da Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora e faz parte do NUVYLA (Núcleo de Estudos e Pesquisas da Escola de Vygotsky em Linguística Aplicada).

She has graduated in Portuguese/English/Literature from Universidade Gama Filho (2006). She holds a Masters degree in Applied Linguistics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (2011) and a Phd degree in Interdisciplinary Applied Linguistics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2021). Her research interests are in the areas of English Language teaching/learning, Socio-Historical Cultural Theory, Dynamic Assessment, Mediated Development and Active Methodologies. She is an English Language teacher at Colégio de Application João XXIII, at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora and is part of NUVYLA (Nucleus for Studies and Research of the Vygotsky School in Applied Linguistics)..
