Flávio de Jesus Resende

He holds a bachelor's, master's and doctorate in Physics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). He is an adjunct professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas). Has experience in Physics, with emphasis on computer simulations in Statistical Physics and Thermodynamics. Currently he is dedicated to the study of the following themes: computer simulation in the teaching of physics, scientific dissemination and the history of science and teaching.

Possui graduação, mestrado e doutorado em Física pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG). É professor adjunto da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (PUC Minas). Tem experiência na área de Física, com ênfase em simulações computacionais em Física Estatística e Termodinâmica. Atualmente se dedica ao estudo dos seguintes temas: simulação computacional no ensino de física, divulgação científica e história da ciência e ensino.
