Doutorando em Educação Escolar pela Universidade Estadual Paulista "Julio de Mesquita Filho" (Campus de Araraquara), Mestre em Educação pela Universidade do Oeste Paulista - UNOESTE, Especialista em "EAD e Novas Tecnologias" pela Fundação Educacional da Lapa - FAEL, graduado em Pedagogia pela Universidade de Uberaba - UNIUBE e em Letras pela União das Instituições Educacionais do Estado de São Paulo - UNIESP, além do Curso Normal (Magistério - Nível Médio) pelo Centro Específico de Formação e Aperfeiçoamento do Magistério - CEFAM. É Supervisor de Ensino na Prefeitura do Município da Estância Turística de Barretos, Professor no Centro Universitário de Bebedouro - UNIFAFIBE, Revisor e Autor de materiais e cursos na área de gestão. Atuou como Articulador do Regime de Colaboração para Implementação da Base Nacional Comum Curricular no estado de São Paulo e como Avaliador Educacional da Secretaria de Articulação com os Sistemas de Ensino - SASE/MEC. Tem experiência na área de Educação, em gestão escolar como Diretor de Escola e Secretário Municipal de Educação, e na docência em todas as etapas da Educação Básica. As pesquisas produzidas e publicadas em livros e artigos atualmente versam sobre Gestão e Financiamento da Educação, sendo um dos autores do livro ?Educação em Movimento? e ?Caderno de Orientações ao Dirigente Municipal de Educação Fundamentos, Políticas e Práticas?

He is a Teaching Supervisor at the Municipality of the Tourist Resort of Barretos, Professor at the University Center of Bebedouro - UNIFAFIBE, Reviewer and Author of materials and courses in the area of ​​management. He acted as Articulator of the Collaboration Regime for the Implementation of the National Common Curricular Base in the state of São Paulo, having also acted as Educational Evaluator of the Department of Articulation with the Teaching Systems - SASE/MEC. He has experience in the field of Education, in school management as School Director and Municipal Secretary of Education, and in teaching at all stages of Basic Education.
