Mining and Materials Engineering graduate (Ph.D.) from McGill University (2018) with research focused on thermomechanical processing of metal alloys. I hold a Master's degree in Materials Engineering focused on the development and characterization of Materials from the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Maranhão, Brazil (2013), and a License's degree in Physics from the Federal University of Maranhão, Brazil (2010). I am currently a Professor and Researcher at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Maranhão since 2011. I have experience in Materials Engineering and Metallurgy, with emphasis on Physical Metallurgy and Mechanical Engineering, Welding, Wear, and Manufacturing Processes. I have 8 years of industrial experience divided into 2 years of railroad maintenance, 4 years of pelletizing plant operation, and 2 years of port operations.
