Recently finalized an International Master Biosafety in Plant Biotechnology (UNIDO/Polytechnic University of Marche) Ancona-Italy. It's Engineering Business Process Manager by Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2008), holds a Master of Science (Plant Physiology and Biochemistry) from the University of São Paulo-ESALQ (2006). Has a degree in Agronomic Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos (2002). Works in Regulatory Affairs at Syngenta Seeds Ltda on processes for commercial release of transgenic events. Has experience in tissue culture, genetic transformation, molecular biology and genomics of sugarcane and eucalyptus. Also specializes in implementing standards (OECD-INMETRO) seeking recognition in Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) for studies with genetically modified organisms. Has six years experince in the implementation and maintenance of management system (ISO9001:2008 - Quality, ISO14001:20004 - Environment and OHSAS18001:2008 - Occupational Health and Safety), Management of projects, continuous improvement and Six Sigma (Green Belt and Black Belt ).
