Especialista em Urbanismo Social pelo Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa (INSPER). Bacharel em Direito pelo Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará (CESUPA). Analista ambiental na Arcadis Brasil. Atuou como professor convidado no Programa de Pós-Graduação Lato Sensu (PPLS/NAEA/UFPA), pesquisador assistente na Clínica Multiprofissional em Direito à Cidade e Conflitos Socioambientais (CIMDC/UFPA) e na Comissão de Regularização Fundiária (CRF/UFPA) e colaborador na Comissão de Direito Urbanístico e Planejamento Urbano da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil - Seção Pará (CDUPU/OAB-PA). Integra os laboratórios Cidades na Amazônia (LABCAM/FAU) na Universidade Federal do Pará e Gestão Territorial da Amazônia (LAGETAM/IGEO) da Universidade Federal de Roraima, participa dos grupos de pesquisa CNPQ 'Cidades na Amazônia' junto a Universidade Federal do Pará e 'Geopolítica e Modernização na Amazônia Setentrional' junto a Universidade Federal de Roraima.

Worked as a visiting professor in the Lato Sensu Graduate Program (PPLS/NAEA/UFPA), assistant researcher at the Multiprofessional Clinic on City Law and Socio-Environmental Conflicts (CIMDC/UFPA) and the Land Regularization Commission (CRF/UFPA) and collaborator in the Urban Law and Planning Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association - Pará Section (CDUPU/OAB-PA). Is part of the Cidades na Amazônia (LABCAM/FAU) at the Federal University of Pará and Territorial Management of the Amazon (LAGETAM/IGEO) of the Federal University of Roraima laboratories and participates in the 'Cities in the Amazon' with the Federal University of Pará and 'Geopolitics and Modernization in the Northern Amazon' with the Federal University of Roraima CNPQ research groups.
