Lawyer, Bachelor of Laws, Master of Political Science, Postgraduate in Public Law and specialization in Tax Law, Member of the Committee on Tax Affairs and Institutional and Government Relations in Management 2019-2021 and member of the Committee on Legislative Affairs and Criminal Sciences of the Federal District Sectional Bar Association in the management of 2016-2018. Master in Political Science from UNIEURO University Center. Student of the Regular Courses of Doctorate in Criminal Law by the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires. Researcher in the research group Latin America: Politics, Society and Global Transformations, of the Euro-American Institute of Education, Science and Technology. Post-graduate in Public Law from Universidade Anhanguera - Uniderp / LFG. Graduation in the Superior Course in Computer Networks by the Union Educacional de Brasília - UNEB. Bachelor's Degree in Legal Sciences from the Institute of Higher Education of Brasília - IESB. Pedro Rogério Melo de Lima has been a federal civil servant since 1981, when he began his career at the Joaquim Nabuco Foundation. In the Secretariat of the Patrimony of the Union he held the position of General Coordinator of Strategic Management, Substitute Head of Cabinet and General Coordinator of Patrimonial Legislation, Substitute of the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management. Served in the Chamber of Deputies in the position of Parliamentary Advisor of Federal Deputy Marina Sant'Anna -PT / GO, between 2011-2012. From 2006 to 2009, he held the position of Head of the Parliamentary Advisory Council of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Minister's Office. From 2003 to 2006, he advised the Political articulation and the legislative follow-up in the Federal Senate. In the office of the representation of the Joaquim Nabuco Foundation in the Federal District, he served in the advisory and legislative oversight of the Chamber of Deputies and the Federal Senate from 1998 to 2003.

Prezados, como já comentei, sou Advogado sócio administrador no escritório Pedro Lima Advocacia. Bacharel em Ciências Jurídicas e Mestre em Ciência Política, Especialista em Direito Tributário e Pós-graduado em Direito Público, Aluno dos Cursos Regulares de Doutorado em Direito Penal pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Buenos Aires, membro da Comissão de Assuntos Tributários e Relações Governamentais na Ordem dos Advogados Seccional do Distrito Federal na gestão 2022-2024. Além disso, tenho experiência trabalhando na área de Relações Institucionais e Governamentais, cuja experiência auxilia consideravelmente a compreender as peculiaridades que envolvem Ciência Jurídica, Ciência Política e o Direito Tributário. Quanto à minha trajetória profissional de funcionário público federal, iniciei-a na Fundação Joaquim Nabuco-Recife-PE, no cargo de Auxiliar de Serviços Gerais. No Ministério da Ciência e Tecnologia exerci o cargo de Chefe da Assessoria Parlamentar do Gabinete do Ministro. Na Secretaria do Patrimônio da União exerci o cargo de Coordenador Geral de Gestão Estratégica, Chefe de Gabinete e Coordenador Geral de Legislação Patrimonial, Substituto; além de ter exercido o cargo de Secretário/Assessor Parlamentar na Câmara dos Deputados no gabinete da Deputada Federal Marina Sant'Ana ?PT/GO. Pesquisador do grupo de pesquisa América Latina: Política, Sociedade e Transformações Globais, do Instituto Euro-Americano de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia. Graduação no Curso Superior em Redes de Computadores pela União Educacional de Brasília ? UNEB.
