Adriano Carlos Moraes Rosa

Doutor em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade Federal de Itajubá - UNIFEI (2019). Possui Licenciatura Plena em Administração pelo Programa Especial de Formação Pedagógica de Docentes pelo Centro Estadual de Educação Tecnológica - CPS (2012). Também é Mestre em Gestão e Desenvolvimento Regional (2007) e Pós-graduado (MBA) em Gerência de Produção e Tecnologia (2003) pela UNITAU - Universidade de Taubaté (2003). Possui ainda Graduação Superior Tecnológica em Automação de Escritórios e Secretariado pela FATEC - Faculdade de Tecnologia de Guaratinguetá (2000). Atualmente estuda como segunda Licenciatura a Pedagogia (2021-2024) pelo Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER. Tem formação e experiência nas áreas de Administração e Logística (foi coordenador e gerente de transportes/frotas e de armazenamento de produtos perigosos) atuando pelo Grupo BASF. Atualmente, é docente (desde 2005) do ensino superior tecnológico atuando na FATEC Guaratinguetá nos cursos de Gestão Empresarial, Comercial, Financeira e Logística, como também, colabora junto ao Laboratório de Inovação e Empreendedorismo (INTECFATEC) da instituição. Contratado também pelo CPS (Centro Paula Souza) no regime de RJI (Regime de Jornada Integral), é pesquisador onde principalmente atua em projetos de Inovação Aberta e Empreendedorismo para micro e pequenas empresas com trabalhos divulgados em vários estados do Brasil e no exterior (Alemanha, Chile, Índia, Itália, Estados Unidos, Portugal, China, etc.).

PhD in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Itajubá - UNIFEI (2019). It has a full degree in Administration by the Special Program for Pedagogical Training of Teachers from the State Center for Technological Education - CPS (2012). He is also a master's degree in Regional Management and Development (2007) and postgraduate (MBA) in Production and Technology Management (2003) from Unitau - University of Taubaté (2003). It also has a higher degree in office automation and secretariat by FATEC - Guaratinguetá School of Technology (2000). Currently studies as a second degree to Pedagogy (2021-2024) at the Uninter International University Center. It has training and experience in the areas of Administration and Logistics (was coordinator and manager of transport/fleets and storage of hazardous products) acting by the BASF Group. Currently, he is a teacher (since 2005) of Technological Higher Education working at Fatec Guaratinguetá in the Business, Commercial, Financial and Logistics Management courses, as well as collaborates with the Institution's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Laboratory (Intecfatec). Also hired by CPS (Paula Souza Center) in the RJI (Integral Journey Regime) regime, he is a researcher where he mainly operates in open innovation projects and entrepreneurship for micro and small companies with works released in various states of Brazil and abroad (Germany , Chile, India, Italy, United States, Portugal, China, etc.).
