Graduated in Animal Science (Animal Production) from the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB).
During graduation, he carried out research in the area of swine production, rural extension (job and income generation, as well as digital inclusion in rural settlement areas and good sanitary practices in the production and commercialization of products of animal origin).
Master in Animal Science (Animal Production) from the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG). With experience in assessing the nutritional requirements of small ruminants, in addition to developing food analyzes (by-products of the biodiesel chain) and experiments with these aimed at feeding dairy cows, reducing the impact of gases resulting from the digestion process in the effect of study and use of foods that would generate pollution.
PhD in Animal Science (Animal Science) from the Federal University of Mato Grosso (UFMT). At this stage, it participated in projects related to crop-livestock-forest integration systems, relating its impact on mitigating greenhouse gases, improving pasture quality and animal welfare, as well as its effect on the income of local producers. Thesis defended through a meta-analytical study of the effect of ionophores on ruminal parameters and performance of beef cattle (confined or on pasture).
