Carlos Levi Costa Pessoa

Graduated in Law at Federal University of Ceará (2004); Master's degree in Constitutional Law at the University of Fortaleza - UNIFOR (2013), area of ​​concentration: Private Law. Is Public Defender - Public Defender of the State of Ceará, holder of the 3rd Civil Defender. He has experience in the area of Procedural Law, with emphasis on Civil Law, working mainly on the following theme: consumer contracts. Honored at the tenth edition of the Innovare Prize, in 2013, for his participation in the project DONATION, MY LAW, of the General Public Defender of the State. Professor of the Faculty of Education and Culture of the State of Ceará - FAECE and Faculty Fortaleza - FAFOR, in the disciplines of Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law.

Possui graduação em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (2004); título de Mestre em Direito Constitucional pela Universidade de Fortaleza - UNIFOR (2013), área de concentração: Direito Privado. É Defensor Público - Defensoria Pública do Estado do Ceará, titular da 3ª Defensoria Cível. Supervisor das Defensorias Públicas Cíveis desde 02/2018. Tem experiência na área de Direito Processual, com ênfase em Direito Civil, atuando principalmente no seguinte tema: contratos de consumo. Homenageado na décima edição do Prêmio Innovare, em 2013, pela participação no projeto DOAÇÃO, MEU DIREITO, da Defensoria Pública Geral do Estado. Professor da Faculdade de Ensino e Cultura do Ceará - FAECE e da Faculdade de Fortaleza - FAFOR, nas disciplinas de Direito Civil e de Direito Processual Civil.
