(POR): Doutor em Engenharia e Tecnologia Espaciais pelo Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais -INPE/SJC/SP (1999), com mestrado em Engenharia e Tecnologia Espaciais pelo Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais (1993) e graduação em Física pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas - UNICAMP (1987). Professor e pesquisador do Centro de Engenharia, Modelagem e Ciências Sociais Aplicadas - CECS, da Universidade Federal do ABC - UFABC. Atuação principal no curso de Engenharia Aeroespacial.
